modern room great location subpar service big request
the hotel has a modern room. the location is near restaurants and shops (it was great for exploring!).
the service felt subpar at times. i asked for water at the front desk, and it seemed like a big request. (a small thing, but it stood out).

lovely breakfast helpful staff clean room good location
the breakfast were lovely, and the staff were really nice with the dog. the room were very clean, and it had everything i could ask for. i really liked the location, it was close to transport.
the wellness and fitness had a rare arrangement.

The hotel's cleanliness really stood out! The room was spacious and bright with a huge terrace. The reception staff were very courteous and professional. They helped with every request. the modern structure of this facility functions very well.
The gym requires an extra payment, which I was not initially aware of.

The receptionists, Mr Marco and Mr Farid, were always ready to assist. They are really helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff provided excellent, polite, and attentive service during all meals. I noticed this multiple times.

The location is excellent. It's near great restaurants and cafes. The building has a modern design with fresh furniture. The hotel provides sufficient elevators, which makes accessing floors quick. Underground parking is available. It's very convenient.

my room included bath towels and slippers. the tv offered many channels. there were several english movie options available. i found the room spacious and very clean.
the receptionists seemed rude. i felt i did not receive information about the hotel or its surroundings during check-in.

beautiful room spacious design excellent restaurant attentive staff
I found the rooms beautifully designed and spacious. the on-site restaurant was excellent. I liked the risotto (it was creamy!). the staff was attentive and addressed every detail. walking to the duomo was quite easy from the hotel.
the gym requires an extra fee, which i found slightly inconvenient (i didn't expect that).
